Welcome to my jewellery blog, where I write about my handmade jewellery label, Ampersand Design by Helga Brandt.

 

The jewellery I create is inspired by things that make me happy, such as the beach, the dynamics of dance & movement, and my interest in archaeology and history. I work mainly in sterling silver, but I also enjoy the warm tones of brass & copper, and quite a few of my designs include things found on the beach.
